J.K Rowling is a British writer and philanthropist. she is best known for writing the Harry Potter daydream series.

Joanne Kathleen Rowling (J.K Rowling) was born in Yate near Bristol, England on July 31, 1965. she is a British author, creator of the popular and critically acclaimed Harry Potter series, about a young sorcerer in training.

J.K Rowling conceived the thought of Harry Potter during a train ride in 1990.By the time she finished writing it seven years later, her mother died, she divorced and lived in near poverty.

And moreover she got rejection in her writings by 12 publishers.

Then somehow her fisrt book was publishes in 1998 and the book received numerous awards, including the British Book Award.
